Media files are used for music on hold, welcome messages and for every kind of message played to the user. A name can be assigned to the media file to easy identify it in the system.
Please note that for Music on Hold audio file should be .wav format only.
For uploading the media file , you need to click on New Media file top right hand corner. It will give you option shown in below image. You need to give name to the file and select the path of the audio file by clicking on Choose File and click on Save button.
