Modify Music On Hold / Message On Hold
You can create your MOH file by clicking on New Music On Hold button. You need to give the name to your file and select the media file from drop down list (Please note that audio file must uploaded in Media files with .wav format) & click on Save button.
1. Click on configuration tab
2. Go to Media files
3. Select New Media file
4. Give suitable name
5. Upload the file in upload recording option
6. Select the format wav mono 8Khz 64kbps
7. Click on Music On Holds tab
8. Select new music on hold
9. Enter suitable name
10. Select the new file uploaded as media file to play
11. Set as default
