Activate Voicemail on Extension:
1st step:
Go to Extensions -> In the extension list select the extension you want activate voicemail -> Additional Destinations - Active If Checked -> Tick On No Answer and in the Action to take list select VOICEMAIL SAME NUMBER, Tick On Extension Busy and in the Action to take list select VOICEMAIL SAME NUMBER and Tick On Extension Offline and in the Action to take list select VOICEMAIL SAME NUMBER.
2nd Step:
Go to Configuration -> Voicemail -> Click New Voicemail ->In the Mailbox give the extension number ( ideally ext number but you can give any number ) -> In the PIN write 4 digit PIN ( that will be the password to listen your voicemail )-> Click SAVE
3rd step:
Go to Configuration -> Feature Codes -> New Feature Code ->In Define Feature Code ->
Code: *98
Comment: Voicemail from Calling Extension
Destination: Select -> Retrieve the voicemail from calling extension
