How to pickup calls using BLF keys on Yealink Phones

To pickup calls on Yealink phones using BLF keys, below steps need to be followed:

In the phone’s interface, go to:

Features à Pick up & Park

In Directed Call Pickup, select Enable

In Directed Call Pickup Code, enter the call pickup feature code *41

The above 2 fields can be Enabled as well in case visual or audio alerts are required to be seen on the extension that is being configured.

Now, set up the BLFs as usual in the Dsskey tab. Make sure the ‘Extension’ field is kept blank, otherwise it won’t pick up the target value properly.

Now when someone calls on Test extension, the BLF key will blink on the phone and that button can be pressed to pick up the call from the target phone.
