Settings Explained - SMS Extension

To Go to Settings page

Open Extension -> Click on Top Right Menu -> Click "Settings" from that Menu

 

  1. Email Notification Settings
    • Email Notification -> Turn on this settings to send new SMS notification to your email
    • Email Address -> add your email address to receive notification on it
  2. Call Notification Settings
    • Call Notificaiton -> Turn on this setting if you want to receive Incoming call notification on your PC(Browser)
    • Auto Create New Contact -> When there is Incoming call, If this setting is on then it will create new contact if contact already not exist. I this setting is turned off then it will not create new contact and just show caller's number and you will see a "Add new Contact" button in a popup then you can click that button and create contact with that number.

Note: This settings are common for all CRMs, These settings will work with any CRM which is currently Active
