• Open Chrome Extension (TheHUB)
  • Click on Top Right Menu -> Settings
  • Turn On “Call Notification” Setting -> Turn this setting on to get call notification
  • “Auto Create Contact” -> setting Detail
    • If you want to create new contact automatically when there is incoming call notification from unknown number then Turn this setting on 
    • When this setting is turned off It will show you “Add New Contact” button when there is incoming call notification
    • When this setting is turned on It will create new contact in case of unknown number and will open contact page of your Zoho CRM, in case of already existed contact it will show you “View Contact” button and when it is clicked it will open contact page of your CRM


 

  • Click on Top Right Menu -> Integrations -> Zoho
  • Turn On “CRM - Zoho” -> Status -> Turn this setting on to use CRM:Zoho
  • redirect url -> you need to copy it and add it to zoho application as guided at last. Also how and from where to get Client ID, Client Secret and Organization ID is also there in below guide
  • Select Zoho DC -> on which Zoho DC(Data Centre) your account is (If you select incorrect DC then it will not work)
  • Enter Client ID from Zoho
  • Enter Client Secret from Zoho
  • Enter Organization ID from Zoho
  • Click on “Save” button

CDR Journaling & Call Summary setup guide

Requirements for call summary:

  1. OpenAI API Key -> This is needed to generate summary from call transcription
  2. AssemblyAI API Key -> This is needed to generate call transcription from call recording file

Note: 

  • There are 10 users under 1 tenant and anyone user has turned on CDR Journaling then CDRs for all users will be exported.
  • If multiple users under one tenant has turned on CDR Journaling then we will take first user setting and use it, all settings will be used from that user like CDR Journaling, Auto Create Contact in CDR Journaling, Call Summary, OpenAI APi Key, AssemblyAI API Key etc…
  • If one user under one tenant has turned on Clio integration and authenticated then CDRs for all users will be exported to Clio

 

OpenAI API Key Setup Guide

  • Login to OpenAI developer account
  • https://platform.openai.com/
  • Create project -> TheHUB
  • Go to Settings -> API Key -> New Secret at
  • Create new API Key named TheHUB and select project TheHUB
  • Select permission all
  • Click create
  • Copy API Key
  • Add it against tenant in chrome extension to use call summary feature at
    • Chrome Extension -> Top Right Menu -> Integrations -> General Settings -> 
    • Turn on call summary
    • Add OpenAI API Key
    • Save

 

AssemblyAI API Key Setup Guide

  • Login to AssemblyAI developer account
  • https://www.assemblyai.com/
  • Go to API Keys in left side menu
  • Create project -> TheHUB 
  • Select TheHUB in API Keys page
  • Click on “create new API Key” button
  • Add API Key name “TheHUB”
  • Click on create
  • Copy API Key
  • Add it against tenant in chrome extension to use call summary feature at
    • Chrome Extension -> Top Right Menu -> Integrations -> General Settings -> 
    • Turn on call summary
    • Add AssemblyAI API Key
    • Save

How to get Client ID, Client Secret and Organization ID from Zoho

 

  • Go to https://api-console.zoho.com
  • Sign in to your zoho account
  • Click on "Add Client" button
  • Select "Server based application"
  • Add https://wavetelbusiness.co.uk in home page URL
  • Copy redirect URL from chrome extension -> Menu -> Integrations -> Zoho -> redirect_url and add it here in "Authorized Redirect URL" box
  • click on "CREATE" button
  • Copy CLIENT ID and CLIENT SECRET from here and add it to chrome extension -> Menu -> Integrations -> Zoho -> client id & client secret
  • Go to Settings tab besides Client Secret
  • check MultiDC checkbox
  • Select DC on whichever your account is exist
  • For Ex: your account exist on zoho.eu then turn on EU(zoho.eu)
  • Now Organization ID is remaining
  • To get Organization ID you have to go to your Zoho CRM and login
  • Click on User Profile icon at top right corner
  • Click on your Organization Name and there you see your Organization ID, Copy it!
