Contacts & Notes Guide

To View Contacts:

  • Go to Extension -> Contacts

To Add Contacts:

  • Go to Extension -> Contacts -> Plus Button -> Enter the details -> Save

To Edit Contacts:

  • Go to Extension -> Contacts -> Click on any contact(you want to edit) -> Enter the details -> Update

To Add Notes against Contacts:

  • Go to Extension -> Contacts -> Click on any contact(you want to add note for) -> Click on Notes button -> type the note and Enter or Click Add button

To See Notes for any Contacts:

  • Go to Extension -> Contacts -> Click on any contact(you want to see note for) -> Click on Notes button

 

Call Notification:

  • When there is new Incoming call it will show a system notification
  • Click on that notification to open extension popup
  • To view caller contact click on “View Contact” button on that popup
  • Then If you want to add notes you can click on Notes button and add note there
